Ralph Earnhardt is a racing legend in his own right. Named one of "NASCAR's 50 Greatest Drivers" and inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame. Today he is known as the racing father of Dale Earnhardt and grandpappy to Dale Jr. He made his name in racing on the early dirt tracks of North Carolina and was most successful in his 1940 Ford Modified Ol' #8.
