USS Lionfish WWII Submarine Model Kit

Commissioned in 1944, US-298 Lionfish was one of the new Balao Class WWII submarines. Replacing the older Gato Class of subs, the Lionfish was America's deepest diving submarine of WWII. This amazingly detailed plastic model kit is truly a one-of-a-kind showpiece. The dive planes can swing out and pivot. The conning tower has four antenna and periscope masts. There are even deck and tower mounted fore and aft guns. Looks great displayed on its custom Lionfish stand. Assembly and painting required!
