How do I place my order?
There are three ways to place orders:

1) Online at www.fairfieldcollectibles.com
Browse our categories or search by terms. If you have a catalog handy you can search products by their item number. Once you find an item you like, you may add it to your on-line shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, simply click "check out" to complete your order.

2) Call and Order Toll Free: 1-800-964-8908. Representatives are available 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a week!

3) By Mail — Send orders to:

What forms of payment do you accept?
VISA, Master Card, Discover.
We accept Check or Money Order (Payable to Fairfield Collectibles) on orders sent by mail only.

Do you offer Gift Certificates
Yes, we offer Gift Certificates in six denominations -- $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200.  Currently they may only be purchased and redeemed via the phone.  Please call us at 1-800-964-8908 and our representatives will be happy to help you. Gift Certificates may be mailed or e-mailed to the recipient.  They make a great gift for favorite collector!

Do you accept orders delivered outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship orders to the USA.

Is there sales tax on my order?
We are required to charge the appropriate sales tax on orders shipped to Connecticut. Sales Tax will be correctly calculated and displayed when using our on-line shopping cart.

Shipping & Processing

What are your shipping charges?
For Standard Shipping, you'll pay the same flat rate shipping charges on your entire order - no matter how many items you purchase! Standard shipping & handling charges are $9.95 + $2.49 postal insurance for your entire order. No matter how many replicas you purchase - your standard shipping charges NEVER go up. Once the order has been processed for shipment (i.e. item status is "in stock"), standard shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Can you rush ship orders?
Yes. But we can only rush ship orders to street addresses, sorry, no P.O. Boxes.

2 Rush Shipping Options are Available:

UPS Ground Shipping — Add $4.95 per Unit to Standard Shipping Charges. With UPS Ground Shipping we guarantee delivery within 7-10 business days for orders of in stock merchandise.

Priority Rush Shipping — Add $12.95 per Unit to Standard Shipping Charges. With Priority Rush Shipping we guarantee delivery within 4-5 business days for orders of in stock merchandise.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box Address?
Yes, however orders to P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

Most items can be sent to P.O. Boxes except our Six Replica Display Case. This product needs to be sent to a street address.

We can not ship orders to a P.O. Box via UPS Ground or Priority Rush service.

How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping
Orders for in stock products will ship from our fulfillment center within 3 business days.  Stock status is listed for each item on the order confirmation. These shipments will arrive within 2 to 4 weeks from the date shipped. (Although orders can take longer, many customers receive their shipments within 2 weeks.)

Orders shipped via UPS Ground
For UPS Ground Shipping we guarantee delivery within 7-10 business days for orders of in stock merchandise.

Orders shipped via Priority Rush Shipping
For Priority Rush Shipping we guarantee delivery within 4-5 business days for orders of in stock merchandise.

Items on backorder are noted with the approximate date the item is due in our warehouse. This information is also listed on your order confirmation for your convenience. We will ship the item to you as soon as we receive it. Once shipped, the item should be delivered to you within the time frames noted above.

Can I get a shipment number to track my order?
Tracking numbers are not available for packages sent via Standard Shipping.
We are able to provide shipment numbers for orders sent via UPS Ground or Priority Rush Shipping. Simply e-mail customer.service@fairfieldcollectibles.com and we will provide you with the tracking number.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 90 days of shipment for a prompt and courteous refund*. No questions asked!

Simply return the item to us in its original packaging, include a copy of your original invoice or packing list as proof of purchase. And we'll take care of the rest.

How do I return a product for an exchange or refund?
If you would like to return an item to us please do the following: Securely pack the item in its original packing material along with the original invoice or packing list (or a copy) and send it via US Mail back to us at the following address:

Include a note explaining why you are returning the product and let us know if you would like to exchange the product for another item or if you prefer a refund. We will refund you the dollar amount for the price you paid for the product. We can apply this amount towards another product or send you a refund check. Just let us know how you would like us to handle the exchange or refund.

For damaged products, please contact customer service at customer.service@fairfieldcollectibles.com within 7 business days of receiving the product for a pre-paid UPS label. Make sure to securely pack the item in its original packing material along with the original invoice or packing list (or a copy).

I'm expecting a refund check - where is it?
Refunds are processed within 1 week of receipt of the returned product. If paid by credit card, your card will be credited with the refund within 1-2 weeks of receipt of return. If paid by check please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive.

Is it safe to order over the Internet?
Yes. Absolutely! The Fairfield Collectibles website utilizes the most up-to-date technology in order to ensure that every piece of information you provide us with is protected. If you access the Fairfield Mint website using a secure browser such as Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process.

What is a Wishlist?
The Wishlist is a way for you to save items you are interested in, without having to purchase them immediately. When you return to our website and log in, your wish list items are available to you without having to search for them again. Items will remain in your Wishlist until you remove them or add them to your shopping cart.

Product Information

I received my product but why it is a different color than the one I ordered?
From time to time a product may no longer be available in the original color. Fairfield Collectibles will do our best to find the item in the color offered from alternate sources. However, in rare instances, that is not possible. In those circumstances, Fairfield Collectibles may ship the identical item in an alternate color. These shipments will contain a notification of the color change and a savings certificate for dollars off your next purchase. If you are not pleased with the alternate color, you may return it to us at our cost and keep the savings certificate to use on a future purchase.

How do I remove my replica from its base?
Located underneath the base are 4 small screws. Using a small Phillips screwdriver insert the head of screwdriver into the hole in the base and turn counter clockwise. Be careful to hold the car securely while removing the screws to prevent damage to your replica. After all the screws are removed. The car will come off the base.

Why doesn't my base have a name plate?
Some vehicles do not come with name plates on the base while others do. The primary purpose of the base is to protect your replica from damage while in transit to your home.

How can I request a catalog?
To request a catalog, click here to fill out your contact information. Please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery. Meanwhile, you can always shop online where we offer all products that you will find in the catalog.

How do I sign up for email offers?
To be included on the Fairfield Collectibles e-mail list, click here to fill out your contact information. By providing us with your e-mail address, we can keep you up-to-date with the latest releases, sales events and promotions we offer. There is no cost & you can always unsubscribe if you no longer want to receive these notifications.

How do I notify you of a Change of Address, Email or other personal information?
If your mailing address or e-mail address has changed and you would like to continue to receive our catalog or e-mail notifications, please notify of your new contact information.

I received a bill but I didn't think I owed anything?
Please check the date on your bill; perhaps your payment crossed in the mail and didn't have a chance to be processed prior to the bill being sent out.

My credit card has been billed but I haven't received my merchandise.
Your product should be on its way to you. Your credit card is NEVER charged until your replica is shipped. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date your credit card was charged for your merchandise to arrive.
